■How to place orders

User Side will process the order once all payment is finalized.

■Sales Tax Policy
For California residents, 9.25% sales tax will be added to the product price.
For non-California residents, sales tax will be exempted. However, this is applied only for the orders that will be shipped out of California. If you pick up your order at User’s Side or setting the shipping address within the California state, 9.25% sales tax will be added at the time of your purchase.

■Shipping cost
The shipping cost will be added to the item/product fee. The shipping cost will be based on the item’s weight, size, and the address.
The shipping arrival time will vary based on the shipping address. Additionally, please note that the weather and traffic conditions may affect the shipping arrival time. (Generally, when a product is shipped from East to West coast via UPS Ground Service, the estimated shipping time is approximately 1 week.)
For urgent orders, there is also an option of expedited service of either overnight service or 2-day services. (This is only during the week days. Holidays are exempted.)
Depending on what time the order has been processed, shipping the item via overnight service may be unavailable. Please call us at 1-877-873-7774 to verify.

■Listing Price/Quantity
Online prices on the User’s Side website are prices solely for online-shopping purposes, and may vary from the prices listed at the store.
Please note that due to the changes in currency exchange rates, the actual purchasing price and the online prices may vary.
Sales tax and shipping fees are not included in the listed prices.
The number of availabilities for each product posted on Website shows the total number of availabilities at the User Side Store and the products that are being shipped to the store from Japan.
Depending on the timing of the product availability update, the number of availabilities may not match the actual number of availability. In that case, we will contact you to notify.
Please be advised to check the number of availability of the item/product before purchasing at the store.
Currently, all items/products from Japan take about 1 week to arrive to the store. Your item/product will be shipped to you upon the items’ arrival to the store. We will contact you to notify if the items/products you purchased are still on-transit from Japan.

■Pre-purchase conditions
Prior to making an order online or purchasing at the store, please check your computer’s system operation capability. Additionally, if you are purchasing an upgraded version of a product, please make sure that you have an upgrade-eligibility tool to avoid the issue of incompatibilities.

■Return policy
We do not refund/credit back in full amount once the order has been processed. Only for the items/products that are returned in un-opened new condition within one week of purchase, 25% restocking fee (#1) will be charged, and the rest of 75% will be refunded as store credit (#2). However, this refund only applies after User’s Side carefully examines and confirms that the returned item is indeed in un-opened new condition. This will take approximately 2 weeks to handle the process.
If you have purchased software, cancellation and refund of the order is not accepted.
Depending on the shipping status from the product manufacturer to the User’s Side, there may be slight delays on the date of delivery. However, cancellation of the order due to this delivery delay will not be accepted.
User Side is not responsible for exchanges of the products that have once been used or has shown product failures.

WARRANTY

■Upon ordering (Payment / Return Policy)
Please deposit a total amount when your order our products. We shall charge the cost upon receiving your order.
We will not refund or credit to your account once your order is made. If you return new unopened products within a week of the initial purchase, we will return 75% of the purchase price as “store credit” (#2) to you after charging 25% of the purchase price as “restocking fee” (#1). This rule applies only if our company approves the concerned product as a new unopened product. We will not accept any cancellations or returns of software products as a new unopened product.
Scheduled delivery date may considerably be delayed due to product availability in Japan. You will not be able to cancel any orders because of delayed delivery date.

■PRODUCT ONLY WITH JAPANESE DOMESTIC WARRANTY
The product only with Japanese domestic warranty you have purchased becomes defective, we will send the product (hardware) to Japan and our Japanese counterpart will request a repair order to its manufacturer. A customer may directly send the defective product to Japan, but our Japanese counterpart will be able to make a repair order to its manufacturer for you. In that case, we shall charge you round trip shipping fees and insurance fee (#3) for shipping the defective products to Japan. (Warranty contents shall comply with the warranty contents of each model.)
For all products including laptop PCs for Japanese market, we shall exchange the defective products with equivalent products (#4) only if defects are found within one week from the purchase and our company confirms the similar defects. If the defects or inferiority are found after one week from the purchase, we shall charge you shipping and insurance fees as the concerned products are repaired under Japanese warranty. Since our Japanese counterpart make a repair order to a manufacturer in Japan after they receive the defective product, it may require more than one month of down time before the repair order can be made, but our company shall not warrant any down time (#5).

(#1)Administrative service fee to cancel your order of our products.
(#2)Store credits can be used to purchase our products at our shop. We will not be able to refund any balance by cash. The store credit shall be valid for 60 days from the issue date.
(#3)See “ about a breakdown”
(#4)We will not be able to exchange your product unless all parts and accessories of the product are returned at the time of exchange. When returning our product by mail, please return it in a separate wrapped box instead of an original note PC box and pay one-way shipping fee. If the returned product is out of stock, you may be required to wait till we receive a new stock.
(#5)The period that the product cannot be used due to inferiority

■PRODUCT WITH AMERICAN DOMESTIC WARRANTY(INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY)
If a product with American domestic warranty you have purchased becomes defective after the purchase, please make a repair order to its manufacturer of the product by yourself. We can receive your repair order, but we shall charge you all shipping and handling fee that occur during a repair process. Also, since the manufacturer may require a repair agreement from the purchaser, we recommend you to contact the manufacturer directly.

■WARRANTY IN CASE OF USER'S SIDE CUSTOM PC
【IN CASE THAT FREE SUPPORT DOES NOT APPLY (ONEROUS SUPPORT)】
1. Removing the USER’S SIDE seal on the custom system voids the warranty.
2. Damage incurred when it has been shipping and transferring inappropriately , or any other cases after the purchase is not covered by the warranty.
3. Trouble caused by installation of software or hardware by the customer is not covered by the warranty.
4. Troubles that occurred after improper use of product and/or customizing of product are not covered by the warranty.
5. Errors in setting Microsoft Windows, Internet, E-mail, Printer, Software, and/or any other erroneous settings are not covered by the warranty.
6. Damage incurred by natural disasters are not covered by the warranty.
7. Troubles caused by peripherals and other products that we do not offer are not covered by the warranty.

【ADDITIONAL INFO】
We do not warrant lost or changed data in storage medias (Hard disk drive, CD-ROM, floppy disk) in any case.
We do not exchange products or accept refunds of an opened product in any case, except for an initial defect. Also, we do not accept exchange or refunds even in the case that the purchased product generates a disturbing effect on other parts of your system.
An unopened product can be returned if it is within one week of purchase. In case of a return for an unopened product, we will charge a 25% restocking fee and the rest will become store credit. Store credit is valid for 30 days from the day it was issued.
Regardless of the law, we will not hold any responsibility towards your loss generated by the product purchased at our store (i.e. loss of business profit, discontinuation of business, loss of information critical for business, and/or any other loss regarding capital.

■ALL TYPE OF COMPUTER WITH JAPANESE OPERATION SOFTWARE
Certain types of American Software including an internet software such as AOL, Earthlink, MSN, Compu Serve are known to cause problems in the Japanese version of MS WINDOWS when they are installed. It is at YOUR OWN RISK to install these third party software. We will not comply for free technical support in this case.
Please contact the manufacturers service centers or customer support on How to and troubles regarding software.
There are diverse amounts of trouble caused by erroneous settings of a computer system, and there are even more amounts that will cause such errors. Please understand that it is difficult to notify all such topics. We will not hold responsibility for complaints on not being informed of whatever the case is.

【WARRANTY】
We need a receipt of product you purchased when you apply product’s support.
If this product has manufactures’ warranty, Manufacturers’ product will be covered by the manufacturers’ warranty more than below statement.

【LIMITATIONS】
Warranty service will not be provided without dated proof of receipt. Manufacturers’ product (i.e. Brand name desktop PCs, laptop PCs, Printers, monitors, etc.) will be covered by the manufacturers’ warranty.
For support on the above products, please contact the manufacturer. If requested, we are able to act for you. However, we will charge handling labor in such case. Your responsibility is to bring product you purchased to USER'S SIDE when you apply support. In case of shipping between customer and USER'S SIDE, customer has a right to bear the shipping fee.
We do not provide a substitute while repairing.

【EXCHANGE SERVICE FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT】
We shall exchange the defective products with equivalent products only if defects are found within one week from the purchase and our company confirms the similar defects.
We will take more than two weeks to confirm the similar defects.
We will not be able to exchange your product unless all parts and accessories of the product are returned at the time of exchange.

【EXEMPTION CLAUSE】
We shall not be responsible for any lost data of your PC or any lost date, etc, due to failed software installation as manufacturers’ warranty. Our store shall not be responsible for any damages (including loss of business profits, suspension of business, loss of business information, or other monetary damages) from the usage of or inability to use this product in any case regardless of a type of legal claim.

Since our Japanese counterpart make a repair order to a manufacturer in Japan after they receive the defective product, it may require more than one month of down time before the repair order can be made, but our company shall not warrant any down time
